Adville organized a Press Conference to launch d2w a revolutionary additive which will render the ordinary plastic oxo-biodegradable and as a result disappear in a short period of time instead of remaining scattered all over Lebanon for decades.

This new venture was officially launched on Friday 15th of May 2009 at Le Royal Hotel Beirut at 4:00 P.M. under the patronage of H.E. Antoine Karam, the Minister of Environment and Mr. Sami Assi, the General Manager of the Ministry of Industry and in the presence of several packaging producers, end users and NGOs.

The Minister of Environment and General Manager of Ministry of Industry jointly revealed the support and encouragement to come up with a legislation to enforce the use of biodegradable plastics exclusively in the near future and decided to closely work with Ghanem Development & Trading S.A.R.L. to reach this common goal.
